BARRE WORKOUT

The Barre Shop classes starts with a warm-up, upper-body exercises followed by a sequence of leg work at the barre and core exercises on the floor. The Barre Shop uses your own body weight as resistance along with a few basic props – free weights, gliders, mats and a bender ball. Members are continually challenged.

Members of all levels work within their limits while receiving encouragement to push forward one pulse at a time. After taking just a few barre classes, clients already see and feel a difference. Standing taller and feeling more toned. Your whole body will be thanking you.

We have a team to support you through your fitness journey Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, increase flexibility, cross train, or all of the above, our programs help you achieve results. The Barre Shop workouts target your abs, thighs, back, arms and glutes all while increasing cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories.

 

BARRE ETIQUETTE

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled class to fill out any necessary paperwork and get to know your barre tender. 

Please remove street shoes before walking on the exercise floor. Wear socks that cover your entire foot. Ideally, socks with grip are the best for taking class. If you need a pair we have them for sale at the studio!

Wear tight fitting exercise leggings/pants with a comfortable form-fitting top will work best for barre class so you can see your body and the instructor can make sure you are in proper form.

Don’t forget your water bottle! We only allow bottled water in the studio.

No cell phones or gum in the studio.
